Regular requirements, negotiated rates
The published rate is ₹35 per kilometre, all inclusive, with a minimum of 300 kilometres per day — the same terms as a leisure trip, and the same arithmetic on every invoice.
Where the requirement is regular — a fixed route every day, a vehicle on a monthly contract, several vehicles for a recurring event — we agree the terms with you directly rather than publishing a number we would have to argue about. Tell us the pattern and we will send a written proposal.
